Born in 1882, Franklin Delano Roosevelt was an American statesman and a political leader who served as the 32ndpresident of the United States. FDR had wise advice and insight into the world of politics, he stated, “In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way.” We may not be in the business of politics, but the advice still applies to our realm of event planning. When it comes to preparing any type of affair, it all comes down to the detail; nothing is left untouched or unplanned. Like FDR said, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, it is planned. We do not leave anything up to chance. We make sure that every feature is carefully thought out and carried out to the highest standard to appear seamless. These details we pay such close attention to make all the difference. At an Events by Red Carpet event, nothing happens because of luck or coincidence; everything was carefully designed and deliberately prepared in order to create magnificent events that will stick in the minds of partygoers for years to come. Roosevelt may have been speaking about politics when he conveyed these words of wisdom, but he may as well have been addressing the work ethic of Events by Red Carpet.
